Cottleville Wireless does not exercise control over the sites you may visit and products you may use while using our WiFi. We do not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results or links from within other services. These sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data, or solicit personal information from you. You should read the privacy policies of these sites and services to learn how they handle your personal information, as Cottleville Wireless is not responsible for privacy matters dealt with on other sites.

Account Usage Information

You must establish an Cottleville Wireless account to use wireless internet services. We will ask for personal information in order to process your account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access. We will request credit card or other payment account information which we maintain in encrypted form on secure servers. You can decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case, Cottleville Wireless may not be able to provide wireless services to you.

We may request information about your usage of our WiFi, such as when and for how long you use the network and the frequency and size of data transfers.

We may collect information about the geographic locations of Cottleville WiFi nodes through which you connect to the internet.

Cottleville Wireless does not store the content of any of your online communication or data transfers. Our employees do not access the content of any communications or files users send or receive.

We use the above information to maintain the Cottleville Wireless network and deliver the best possible service to you. When you send email or other communication to us, we retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
